SSO Oak Lanes Singles Results
Congratulations this month to Jerry Sikora SS on winning this week ends SSO Oak Lanes Singles Tournament with the winning score of 214 to 208 in the final match over Rusty Walter. Jerry takes home the $1000.00 frist place prize and Trophy plus10 points going towards his BOTY standings
Congratulations also goes out to runner up Rusty Walter on winning the second place prize of $500.00. Rusty qualified in 3rd with an average of 247 and a total pin fall of 1481 for his first 6 games. Rusty will receive 8 points for his BOTY Standings.
This month’s tournament was held at Oak Lanes. We would like to thank the management and staff for hosting our tournament this weekend
This month’s tournament average was 215.
High Qualifier was Gerald Johnson with 1502 total pin fall with an average of 250 after his first 6 games.
We had 62 bowlers in attendance this month. There were 5 SSS and 22 SS and 1 female with the rest of our seniors.
It took a total of 1355 and an average of 226 or better to make our regular cut line set by Rick Wayne SS.
We also had 20 bowlers in our Elimination Rounds. This provided a little better than 1 in 3 cashing ratio for the tournament.
There was one 290 game by Brian Burk in game 2 of qualifications.
