Congratulations to the doubles team of Bo Goergen and Andre Gonzales on winning the final match, 461 to 441 and taking home the top prize of $4000.00 and the first place trophies. Bo will gain 10 points towards his BOTY standings. Team Goergen qualified in 10th after the first six games before making their way up to the final match. Goergen and Gonzales had a team total pinfall of 2704 and an average of 225.
Congratulations also goes out to the runner up team of Dale Strike and Alex Ouellette on winning the second place prize of $2000.00. Team Strike qualified in 7th after their first six games with a team average of 227 and team total of 2727. Dale and Alex only advanced to the 2nd round by just 6 pins and the 4th round by just 5 pins.
This month's tournament was held at Thunderbowl Lanes. We would like to thank the management and staff for hosting our tournament this weekend.
High Qualifier Team was Brad Gray and A.J. Rice with 2821 total pin fall with an average of 235 after their first 6 games.
We had 93 Teams in attendance this month.
It took a total of 2657 and an average of 221 or better to make our regular cut line set by Gerald Johnson and Dre Johnson.
We also had 24 teams in our Elimination Rounds. This provided a little better than 1 in 3 cashing ratio for the tournament.
